Storage
In order to enjoy this product to its full potential, we recommend consumption within 2 weeks of receipt. To maintain freshness, chocolate should be kept in a cool, dry place away from light and foreign odours. Ideally chocolate should be stored at a temperature of around 18°C to 22°C. If the storage temperature exceeds 24°C, some of the cocoa butter may appear on the surface, known as fat bloom. The chocolate will still, however, be fine to eat. During the summer, chocolate can be stored in the refrigerator, but before you do pack them in an airtight container or plastic bag. When taking the chocolate out of the fridge though, it might attract condensation, so leave them sitting out of the fridge for an hour or so before removing them from container or bag.
